CRAFTED FOR COLD BREWING Love cold brew but have trouble making it as delicious at home? Stone Street to the rescue. Our cold brew blend is made specifically to create a smooth, less acidic coffee that won't taste watery or bitter. BENEFITS OF COLD BREWING Cold Brew is NOT just iced coffee. Cold brewing is a process that takes 18-24 hours (depending on desired strength) and uses room temperature water. The brewing happens slowly over time instead of quickly with hot water. This difference creates a smoother, less acidic, sweeter coffee. DIRECTIONS FOR COLD BREWING How to Brew (Use cold brewer, french press, or mason jar) 1. Add coarse ground coffee & cold, filtered water to brewing device (we recommend a 1:8 ratio of water to coffee. For example, 8 cups of cold filtered water to 1 cup of ground coffee) 2. Stir, cover & leave inside fridge 3. After ~ 18 -24 hours (depending on if you want a ready-to-drink coffee or if you want to brew a concentrate), press or strain & enjoy! WHOLE BEAN COFFEE FOR COLD BREWING – Our cold brew coffee blends use fresh gourmet Arabica beans. You can coarse grind them right before brewing for the freshest flavor. Perfect for using in your at-home cold brew coffee maker or system, French press, pitcher, or mason jar.
SWISS WATER PROCESS DECAF – Our decaffeinated cold brew blend is a naturally processed delicious decaf coffee. The water decaffeination process is chemical-free, only using water, temperature, and time to gently remove the caffeine, while preserving all the coffee’s original characteristics. This means you’re getting the very best cup of decaf, free of chemicals or residual processing flavors.
MEDIUM ROAST – Our decaffeinated beans are medium roasted for the perfect balance of flavor and body. Our coffee is specially formulated to make a smooth, balanced, low-acid, slightly sweet cold brew or iced coffee. You can easily adjust the strength to make it extra strong (more coffee or longer brewing time) or even lighter (more water).
5 LB BULK BAG - Our 3-layer natural kraft bag is foil-lined and has a one-way valve for optimal coffee freshness. The wide top opening makes for easy scooping. Large bag holds five pounds of coffee beans.
