Signed up for subscription so I never have to go without it :)Easy to useIt gives me the weirdest dreams but I find myself more able to make more creative mental connections and think with greater complexity. I would honestly say its like 5 extra iq points.The product is pretty much as good as any lion's mane, maybe even a little better. I was surprised at how long it lasted. This took several weeks to empty, at a cup of coffee a day. The size of the container is deceptive.Taste isn’t bad.Allow my health to not deteriorate, but also aid in better progress.I don't know if it's supposed to be this better but it is very hard to eat straight. I do have to mix it with something like cheese or beef. It's very strong like a spice.I'm happy with the way that this mushroom powder dissolves. I haven't tried any other brands of Lion's Mane but this one is so big and has so many servings, it will take me a while to get through it. I was concerned that there might be other fillers, etc, in this but the ingredients say 100% lion's mane. I don't know if it's helping me concentrate more (as I am taking this for brain fog) but I would say that between this, SAM-e, and some other things I all started around the same time, I feel more focused. I started learning about Lion's Mane when looking up its uses for things like Multiple Sclerosis and it really seems to have some really great benefits. This brand seemed the most economical for its size.
