Usually this delivers fine, but we had 3 bottles loose in the box and agave nectar all over the rest of the contents. One of the caps was broken off from bouncing around. Looked like the USPO used the main box as a soccer ball.Great product for baking and cooking.first it’s organic • vegan • clean! it tastes amazing a bit like caramel. texture and consistency smooth. i recommend this agave as it is excellent in coffee • with granola • vegan protein shakes.I love this product, decided to by it by the Pound it and have it sent to my Fire station being that I would be on duty for quite some time. I bought it on Amazon and the delivery was successful with nothing bad to say. I decided a week later to order it again same size, same item ect due to me an my colleague’s big use of it. This time I was complete ripped off and they sent me a small 17oz bottle when I paid for another pound smh. Since I was completely under minded, I decided to return the item, which Amazon then stated to keep it and they would replace free of cost. I waited a week, again for the replacement to be shipped to our fire house, only for it to arrive late, and today broken, battered, busted and leaking agave all throughout the box. This seemingly renders the product useless and again does me a complete disservice. I’m now under the impression that this may not even be the authentic agave and may have been tampered with and resold by a seller just looking to Make an additional profit off a hard worker who was looking to receive the original product that I paid for the first time. With this outcome the crew and I agree we fair better off, traveling to the Cooperative health food store a few hours away to purchase authentic and un damaged goods for the price we paid for from now on.There have been two bottles that came pressurized and a little fermented but those were rare.product is great but shipping packaging was so poor 2 bottles cracked and leaked a little.Good taste and good for your health.
